Closing of CINI 2024

The second edition of the Nianguiry Kanté International Conference (#CINI) took place from September 10 to 11, 2024 at the Institute of Human Sciences of Mali. Around thirty accepted communications were presented among around fifty submitted abstracts. The communications presented came from ten countries including Côte d'Ivoire, Chad, Niger, Senegal, Guinea, Morocco, Benin, Cameroon, Canada and of course Mali. The various themes focused on public health systems contributed to the richness of the discussions.
The conference took place in hybrid mode and brought together around sixty participants in person and online.
We also experienced a strong moment on the first day, with the moving testimonies of former colleagues and collaborators of the late Professor Nianguiry Kante, just after the official opening.
A huge thank you to the members of the organizing committee and the scientific committee, as well as to our partners who made this edition of the conference possible. Your hard work and commitment contributed to making this event an exceptional success. Finally, we would like to express our special gratitude to all the contributors to RASP, which this year became the first Malian scientific journal to be indexed by African Journals Online (AJOL). We look forward to seeing you in 2026 for the third edition!
